La junta rabínica del Sanedrín declara que a partir de ésta fecha comienza la era de la reconstrucción del tercer templo de Salomón.

I actually once went through reports that some researchers believe the Temples were located at the opposite end of the Mount away from the Muslim intrusive buildings, so that rebuilding could happen without removal of the Muslim buildings. But other researchers claim the opposite

In my book The Quest <http://www.ritmeyer.com/online-store/books/the-quest---revealing-the-temple-mount-in-jerusalem/>, I analyse 12 different proposals for the location of the Temple on the Temple Mount and give archaeological evidence for its real location.. I also comment on Ezekiel's Temple (Third Temple) on pp. 193,194. I believe that this new Temple will be built by the Messiah, when God will send him back to earth to rule the world in righteousness. It will happen in God's own good time.

All this talk about rebuilding the Temple, coupled with the remarkable archaeolgical discoveries, leaves me wondering how this wonderful work will happen when the Muslims refuse to cooperate and won't even acknowledge the proven history that the Temple Mount was the site of both Temples. Moshe Dayan did a huge disfavor to modern Israelis and their gentile supporters when he surrendered control of the Mount to the Muslims following
the Six Day War. I have read reports that some researchers believe the Temples were located at the opposite end of the Mount away from the Muslim intrusive buildings, so that rebuilding could happen without removal of the Muslim buildings. But other researchers claim the opposite. Please, someone, give me reason to hope the Third Temple can and will be built in this generation!

1 Kings 7.39 makes it very clear that the ten small lavers, which stood on their bases, were put in two groups of five on either side (right and left) of the Temple. The Sea stood to the east and south of the Temple.

Here's a quick sketch showing a person in relation to the altar to give an idea of scale:

Quick question; How do we know the bronze sea and carts were outside the temple building? It doesn't seem very clear in Kings or Chronicles?

Never heard of a gate to the immediate east of the Dome of the Rock. If you send me the photograph, I may be able to help you.
