Description
This small, isolated monastery is located on a cliff in a valley near Tekoah. The archaeological remains of a two-story building were found on a rocky ledge, with a closing wall at its west end. A path leads east to the Monastery of Chariton. It was probably established in the fifth century, but has not been positively identified.
