$6.00

Description

The first 66-foot (20-m) section of the southern part of the Double Gate underground passageway is preserved in its entirety and dates to the Herodian period, including the domes of the ceiling.

The carved decorations of the western domes have been preserved completely. The southeast dome is not decorated, and only two decorated pendentive stones in opposite corners of the northeast dome have survived.
